Shipping & Delivery
When will my order arrive? Most orders are processed within 1–2 working days, with courier delivery taking an additional 3-5 working days. That means you can expect your parcel within 4–7 working days of placing your order. Visit our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.
Is delivery free? Yes! We provide complimentary shipping on all UK orders—no minimum purchase required.
Do you ship outside the UK? At present, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not currently available.
How do I track my parcel? Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. Use this on our Track My Order page to follow your delivery in real time.
Returns & Refunds
What's your returns policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all packaging intact. See our Refund & Returns Policy for complete details.
My item arrived damaged—what now? We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@wolkerhade.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement and cover all return postage.
How long until I get my refund? Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we process refunds within 7 working days. It may take another 7 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Are there any restocking fees? Never. We don't charge restocking fees on any returns.
Exchanges & Order Changes
Can I exchange an item? Absolutely. Get in touch with our team and let us know what you'd like instead. We'll send your replacement once we receive the original item back.
Can I cancel my order? If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it for you—just contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, you'll need to follow our returns process.
Can I modify my order after checkout? Changes are only possible before your order ships. Email us immediately at support@wolkerhade.com if you need to update anything. Unfortunately, we can't alter orders once they're on their way.
Payment & Security
Which payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Check our Payment Policy for more information.
Is my payment information secure? Completely. Our checkout uses SSL encryption, and we comply with PCI DSS security standards. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Products & Sizing
How do I find my size? Every product page features a detailed size guide. Still unsure? Our customer service team is happy to offer personalised recommendations.
What if an item is out of stock? Out-of-stock items are clearly marked on our site. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page, and we'll email you when it's available again.
