We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order arrives. This gives you plenty of time to decide if your purchase is right for you.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, please ensure:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
Who Covers Return Shipping?
Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll cover all return costs. Simply get in touch, and we'll arrange everything for you.
Change of Mind If you've simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or the product doesn't suit your needs, you'll be responsible for return postage costs. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
No Hidden Fees We never charge restocking fees on any returns.
How Returns Work
Step 1 – Get in Touch Send us an email at support@wolkerhade.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you'd like to return the item.
Step 2 – Prepare Your Parcel Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, documentation, or tags that came with it.
Step 3 – Ship It Back Once we've authorised your return, we'll send you instructions on where to send the package. Drop it off at your local postal or courier service.
Refund Timeline
After we receive your returned item, here's what happens:
- Quality Check – We inspect the item to confirm it meets our return criteria
- Refund Processed – Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days
- Funds Returned – Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
Prefer a different size, colour, or style? We're happy to help you exchange your item. Contact us with your order details and what you'd like instead, and we'll guide you through the process.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain products are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene or safety reasons. These items will be clearly identified as non-returnable on the product page before purchase.
